Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Client Leadership, you will be focused on the day-to-day management for an enterprise level client.  This role will support a broader cross-functional team across fully integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives ensuring a smooth process and will assist in facilitating the relationship with the agency’s clients and partners.  You will also be an integral part of the staffing team on a national field marketing program – a trusted partner to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal. Your diligence, willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and aptitude for creative problem solving will ensure success of the program as a whole. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular, accurate communication of project status with internal and external teams.
  • Assist with fully integrated campaigns from inception through delivery.
  • Planning all aspects for market visits and field manager training
  • Work with Production to assist in auditing and field maintenance of activation kits, premiums, etc. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of day-to-day agency and client processes, such file sharing, meeting prep, etc.
  • Assist in resume reviews, staff trainings and new hire onboarding as needed
  • Act as the point-person for onboarding new staff members, payroll inquiries and assisting in training when necessary.
  • Work with Staffing Lead to ensure recruitment timelines/deadlines are outlined and met
  • Connect weekly with Payroll/Admin Coordinator to ensure 100% accuracy for every pay period

Qualifications

  • Experiential marketing and event production experience essential
  • Experience in HR administration, staffing, payroll and onboarding mandatory
  • Strong client relations background needed 
  • Proven leadership among cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Dayforce software proficiency desired

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400.  Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
