Job Description

Carat is hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Social to support one of our largest clients.

Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, you will plan and activate paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, among others. You'll work with a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings.

You Will...

·       Plan and activate mostly B2B paid social media campaigns across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, among other platforms.

·       Manage daily paid social operations, including overseeing the robust QA process.

·       Manage junior team members.

·       Work directly with clients to discuss strategy and planning.

·       Present QBRs to client

·       Attend planning meetings with client

·       Provide POVs both proactively and when requested

·       Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services

·       Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.

Qualifications

You have:

·       4+ years of experience in paid social media, ideally for B2B campaigns

·       Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team

·       Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)

·       Knowledge of other paid channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, etc.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$100,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
