Job Description
As an Associate Tech Tools & Contracts you will support the management of software tools, tech contracts, and vendor relationships. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing tool subscriptions, and ensuring the company’s tech contracts are aligned with business needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the procurement, management, and renewal of software tools and technology subscriptions while collaborating with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure compliance
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to software licensing, service agreements, and technology vendor partnerships
- Managing contract milestones, maintaining an up-to-date database of all tech tools and software licenses, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring vendor performance, assisting with troubleshooting issues, supporting the audit process, and analyzing tech tool usage to provide cost-saving insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of technology tools, software procurement, and IT contracts
- Experience working with procurement, legal, and finance teams in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with software licensing models, SaaS, and cloud services
- Knowledge of contract management software and databases
- Ability to analyze contracts and technical documentation effectively
