Job Description

 Manage and lead Store Supervisors across multiple retail partners to ensure smooth daily
operations and consistent execution of picking activities.
 Monitor operational KPIs including productivity, preparation time, order accuracy, cancellation
rate, substitutions, quality, and SLA compliance, while implementing action plans to improve
performance.
 Plan and optimize manpower allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and workforce utilization to
ensure adequate staffing based on business demand.
 Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Live Operations, Fleet, HR, and Retail Partners to
resolve operational issues, improve customer experience, and maintain service excellence.
 Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and operational audits for Supervisors
to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
 Analyze operational reports and performance trends, identify root causes of performance gaps,
and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer
satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Retail, E-commerce, Grocery,
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
 Bility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
