Job Description

  • Understanding tickets/cases and solving customer issues
  • Managing SLA and average handling time through quick understanding
  • Able to follow order processing system and internal tools
  • Meet quality targets while maintaining SLA
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead / Supervisor

Qualifications

  • To have successfully completed HSC/A levels, is a current undergraduate student
  • Good typing skills. Typing speed 30-50 words per minute
  • Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts (day/night)
  • Strong in communications skills
  • We are dynamic, candidate needs to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes
