Job Description

The Learning Specialist will provide essential support to the Learning Manager by assisting with the creation, maintenance, and organization of materials that empower agents to perform effectively. This role involves coordinating content updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support training and operational needs. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of all learning material &  learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant  platforms to ensure smooth training operations
  • Conduct classroom training or other training interventions as per learning needs
  • Created learning materials to ensure scalability by developing modular, adaptable training materials that can be used across various teams and BPOs.
  • Responsible for agent learning life cycle across Classroom-OJT - nesting 
  • Support trainer certification & Knowledge transfer at new BPO locations including knowledge check,  quiz, and dip check assessment
  • Curate and update content and withhold responsibility for the accuracy of information in learning materials & learning systems
  • Leverage learning platform program data to assess the effectiveness of training materials and recommend improvements for better agent performance.
  • Use QA data to identify trends and insights that can improve the curriculum and learning module ensuring alignment with agent performance and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions for agents.
  • Support learning material & SOP translations of articles as neccasary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in content coordination, documentation, or administrative support, preferably in a training or operational setting.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage and maintain content libraries and documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to speak, read & write English is mandatory
  • Must have strong knowledge of Vendor Ops SOPS , systems and tools.
