Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Deezer Club Manager to lead our premium fan engagement initiative in Brazil. Deezer Club is our exclusive destination where subscribers access unforgettable artist experiences – from concert tickets and meet & greets to exclusive content and special rewards.

As the Deezer Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind bringing extraordinary music experiences to Brazilian fans while building strategic partnerships across the music industry.

What You'll Do

Content & Operations Management (Internal)

  • Curate and manage the Deezer Club experience for Brazilian users, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality rewards and experiences

  • Develop and execute the content calendar, aligning with artist releases, tours, and cultural moments relevant to the Brazilian market

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Artist Relations, and Data teams to optimize the Club experience

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, user preferences, and opportunities for enhancement

  • Manage operational workflows including campaign setup, user communications, and reward fulfillment processes

Partnership & Business Development (External)

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including record labels, artist management, concert promoters, venues, and merchandising partners

  • Negotiate and secure exclusive rewards, experiences, and content for Deezer Club members (tickets, VIP access, merchandise, early releases, etc.)

  • Identify partnership opportunities that align with user interests and business objectives

  • Structure win-win deals that deliver value to fans, artists, and partners while meeting Deezer's goals

  • Represent Deezer at industry events, festivals, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in the music industry, with exposure to live music, record labels, artist management, concert promotion, or related fields

  • Proven track record of building partnerships and negotiating deals in the entertainment sector

  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian music landscape, including emerging artists, established acts, and regional trends

  • Strong operational skills with experience managing projects from conception to execution

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)

  • Passion for music and fan culture, with finger on the pulse of what excites audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fan engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, or experiential marketing

  • Existing relationships within Brazil's music industry

  • Understanding of streaming platforms and digital music ecosystems

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or related field
