D&B Supply client is looking for a customer service representative to join their team today! The customer service representative will be responsible for handling customer questions and concerns with high efficiency and determination. Other duties the customer service representative will be responsible for are date entry, troubleshooting customer problems and other office duties as assigned. As the customer service representative, you will need to have admirable communication abilities and thorough attention to detail. This is a temporary to full time opportunity with a starting pay of $15/hr.

Essential Duties

- Work closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding

- Troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures

- Analyzing and reporting sales data

- Communicating changes to sales plans

- Providing knowledge about customers and competitors

- Communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities

- Attention to detail

- Strong prioritization skills

- Experience with data entry

- Good professionalism and positive attitude

- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines

- Strong typing skills and experience with Microsoft Suite

- Previous customer service experience

- Solves routine problems on own
