What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and families while providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

You will:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to help promote progress outside of therapy
  • Ensure treatment plans remain clinically appropriate and focused on meaningful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet applicable regulatory and HIPAA requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Texas LBA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment
  • Ability to conduct assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A collaborative, compassionate approach to working with clients, families, and team members
