BCBA – Adult Services | Far North Dallas, TX
Looking for something different than the typical ABA clinic?
Our nonprofit client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership in a residential program serving adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). If you're passionate about helping adults build independence and improve their quality of life, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead clinical programming for adults with ASD in a residential setting
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
- Train, mentor, and supervise clinical staff
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Promote independence, life skills, and community integration
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based services that produce meaningful outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's Degree required
- BCBA Certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
