We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate BCBAs to join our growing team in the following areas:

📌 Clinic / Center-Based BCBA Positions

  • Bellaire
  • Memorial
  • Sugar Land
  • Missouri City
  • Spring (40% remote)
  • Pearland (40% remote)
  • Shenandoah (40% remote)

🏡 In-Home BCBA Position

  • Houston, TX (In-Home Services)

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for clinical oversight, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of RBTs while delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Active or eligible Texas licensure
  • Experience in clinic-based and/or in-home ABA services
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and ethically
