Job Description

The Inbound Operations Advisor will provide operational and administrative sales support to all members of the Inbound Sales team, including management. The successful candidate will be a highly organised self-starter who can not only follow instructions accurately and on time, but also take responsibility for driving support efficiency and suggesting new ideas and processes for improvement. This is a broad role requiring a high degree of initiative and is likely to cover areas including: general operational support and administration, sales reporting, escalations/complaints and inbound/outbound calls.

Salary: £23,302.50 per annum
Location: London
Working Hours:
 Monday to Friday – 9:00 - 17:30

  • Day to day administration and operational sales support to the Inbound Sales Team 
  • Working closely with the sales team department manager to drive process improvement across.
  • Ensure customer escalations, disputes and failed orders are dealt with in a timely manner, which may require speaking to customers.
  • Create sales and operational reports as requested by line manager or Head of Channel.
  • Working closely with our fulfilment team to assist in following up on accounts that are in provisioning or rejected status.
  • Assist sales agents and management with operational enquiries.
  • Ensure all compliance processes are followed. Carry out sale audits.
  • Assist with and lead sales investigations.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized, pro-active and responsible self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
  • Strong initiative and can demonstrate a desire to improve all areas of operation
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience of working in a busy sales office desirable
  • Good communicator - able to manage challenging sales people
  • Take responsibility for own actions and development
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required
  • Good role model
  • Demonstrate positive attitude at all times
