Job Description


Responsibilities:

Expand production stability process created by client team member to grow into existing Surface and Xbox returns channels (Retail, Brick and Mortar, etc.). Responsibilities include defining and refining process mappings between organizations and systems. Once process are mapped follow up deliverables include highlighting key pain points and driving thought leadership into resolving client needs. Includes insight into BI and reporting capabilities utilizing Power BI. Role includes leading weekly reviews with Director level clients.

 Primary Skills/Must Have:

Strong written and oral communication skills with an process focused mindset and a soft touch.

 Secondary Skills/Nice to Have:

Visual Studio TFS, SQL, Critical thinking and time management
