Technology

• Eight (8) years of experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 in a large scale Data Center environment with in depth knowledge of:

 

• Citrix Administration
• VMware Administration
• Domain Services
• Proxy Services
• Server administration & performance monitoring
• Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
• Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS)
• Patch management
• Backup management (Desired:  CommVault Backup & Recovery Solutions)
• Scripting (Examples:  Kickstart, Visual Basic, PowerShell, etc.)
• Recent experience with Windows clustering, Microsoft SQL and Microsoft IIS
• Thorough understanding and experience with WSUS
• Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN connectivity
• Experience with enterprise class system security requirements and server hardening practices
• Comprehensive experience with disaster recovery preparedness and recovery exercises
• Ability to establish and maintain Windows architecture best practices, including procedures, templates and relevant documentation
