Roles and Responsibilities:

   This position is for a weekend Database Support position supporting 12    hours Friday/Saturday/Sunday and 4 hours on Monday.

   As a Database Administrator, you will work in a team environment to    provide database support including:

• Support GTI and Line of Business (LOB) with major incidents, changes and customer requests.
• Upgrades & Performance Monitoring
• Database Software Installation
• Replication Management
• Diagnosing system problems
• Disaster Recovery
• Leading and participating in initiatives to improve service offerings
• Creating and communicating service delivery procedures and run-books
• Managing SLAs and deadlines
• Vendor escalation
• Providing timely resolutions to break/fix issues
• Performing duties following all JPMC standards regarding engagement,
• change management and escalations
