Role: Customer Support Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Duration: 11 months+
Interview Type: Skype/phone
This position is responsible for multimedia development, high-level project related work using all Office products and SharePoint, standards and accessibility compliance, project documentation and user communications. There will not be SharePoint “development” efforts, but simply SharePoint use and basic support as a tool.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate directly with customers
- Ability to use office automation tools (MS Office 2007, SharePoint 2010, Email/Calendaring, etc.)
- Ability to use multimedia development tools (audio-video production, streaming media, graphic design, web site design, computer based training software, publication software, etc.)
- Ability to provide proactive support to both the IT project team members and Functional team members
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments for him/herself or other team members
- Skill in customer service
- Ability to develop and manage documentation in accordance with the Department's standards
- Ability to receive and give constructive criticism, and maintain effective work relationships
