As a senior interactive visual designer, you will work closely with creative managers, information architects and engineers throughout all stages of the product cycle. Also it’s really critical to understand brands and create consistent front-end designs.

The creative team must create and iterate a wide range of products –from web interfaces, to iPhone and iPad apps and beautiful email marketing – on tight deadlines. It is an exciting and challenging design environment best suited to passionate self-starters.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the project stakeholders to develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Understand brands and create brand consistency and branding style-guides
• Design interaction and workflow for various interactive applications
• Design and create visual components with high level aesthetics Illustrate icons and functional elements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces
• Strong, clean visual design sense
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills
• Strong visual design skills and a fanatical attention to detail down to pixels
• Core competency in graphic design with emphasis on consistency, attention to detail, simplicity and innovation
• Have balanced Interaction Design skills (IA and UI), visual design sensibilities and an understanding of how all disciplines must exist together to create experience design solutions
• Strong understanding of implementation technologies and how to design within limitations
• Ability to see and communicate the creative vision and the reason behind design details
• Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Sketch considered a plus
