We are looking for Process Engineers to help us fulfill this mission.  As a Currance Process Engineer you work directly with our clients and internal operations teams, designing, implementing monitoring and improving healthcare financial processes.  In the role of Process Engineer you will also mentor client leadership teams in process management principles and support driving superior results for the client organization and the communities they serve.

Job Description

Main responsibilities for this position:

  • Lead and support the implementation of the Currance Revenue Cycle Management Model
  • Support the development of any and all Revenue Cycle Management Model components
  • Conduct opportunity analysis using the Currance data infrastructure (sql/mdx based) and client-based data mining and analysis tools
  • Support revenue cycle leadership in the transition from transactional leadership to transformational leadership
  • Support the implementation of revised organization structures
  • Re-enforce performance management in accordance with new generation metrics in normal conduct of operation
  • Re-enforce process management in daily operations
  • Support the implementation of high value projects
  • Coach directors and manager to support their respective teams in the transition to shift briefings and resolution of IPOs (Issues, Problems and Opportunities)
  • Support and lead the Revenue Cycle Leadership Academy
  • On-site presences of up to 25% when engaged in this capacity
  • Support Currance internal operations teams in any capacity needed
  • Support product development as collaborative team member
  •  Partake in product development design sessions for all product lines
  •  Any tasks as needed in the course of ordinary business

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably engineering)
Minimum of 3 years of process engineering experience, manufacturing background preferred
Lean Six Sigma background with proven track record of having implemented multiple project across multiple areas
Deep knowledge in Factory Physics concepts
Background in application of basic applied statistical methods
Fundamental understanding of accounting and finance, such as the ability to read financial statements
Expert skills in the use of MS Excel
Basic knowledge of T-SQL or equivalent is preferred

PREFFERED:

Proven track record in change management and management by influence
Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and deliver based on prioritization and deadlines as established
Self-motivated, with ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Acute analytical skills, with solid focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Deliverable-driven, comfortable going the extra mile to complete tasks within the pre-established time frames
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
