eCommerce Entrepreneurial Intern
We Cura Health is a fast growing health care eCommerce that looks to change our habit of health-related matters. We believe health should be available for everyone with a much lower barrier.

If you want to get your hands dirty and involve in the daily eCommerce operation, this is the position for you. We look for an open-minded, dedicated, and like-minded individual who share similar thoughts and our value.

This position will act as a operational support and involve in different roles throughout the internship. 

Job Description

- Maintenance - Manage eCommerce stores (eg. HKTVmall), Product Listings upload, Pricing, Marketing Campaigns/ Deals/ Promotions, research and data analysis etc.
- Operation - Assist in the business activities and projects of assigned channels including but not limited to daily order management, fulfillment, order forecast, inventory management, preparing business analysis reports and customer services
- Research - Ranging from customer research to competitor analysis, you will understand the landscape and what the customers need. Analyze business trends and consumer insights and evaluate existing product categories on choices
- Strategy - We honor a flat structure at our company, your voice matter and would change our direction if it is convincing!

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Chinese and English Typing
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
- Basic knowledge on different eCommerce platforms is an advantage
- Capable of using Photoshop and basic photo editing is a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
- You are a self-starter who gets things done with minimum supervision and can execute in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a team player and last minute requests don’t scare you, you know they are part of the business.
- You are bold, curious, and not afraid to make mistakes, and if you do, you accept it and fix them.
- You learn quickly and can find your way through a maze following your instinct. You like to figure out how to solve problems and to improve things.
- Lastly, Dedicate, and the will of getting your hands dirty is the requirement for this role.
