Are you a proactive and organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment? We're looking for a confident and driven  Administrator to join our Sales team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, reporting, customer proposals, and data analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with data, is highly proficient in Excel, embraces AI technology such as Microsoft Copilot, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the business.

Life in this role 

• Supporting with data analysis, reporting, customer profitability reviews, and commercial comparisons.
• Producing accurate weekly KPI reports for key customers.
• Creating professional proposal documents for existing and prospective customers.
• Maintaining and updating business development and sales pipeline information.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations and commercial documentation.
• Gathering sales activity and opportunity updates from Key Account Managers and operational stakeholders across the network.
• Producing accurate and timely pipeline reports for weekly sales meetings.
• Inputting and maintaining data to support pricing models and rate reviews.
• Coordinating meetings, bookings, actions, and follow-up activities.
• Taking notes during meetings and ensuring actions are captured and communicated effectively.
• Supporting the wider Sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.

What you’ll need ... 

• Strong administration experience within a busy environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data.
• Experience producing reports and analysing information to support business decisions.
• A keen interest in AI and digital tools, including Microsoft Copilot, and a passion for finding smarter ways of working.
• Excellent attention to detail with a highly organised approach.
• Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong note-taking, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required.
