Job Description

Crown is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to join a team who supports a large FAA investment program office. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working with clients in stressful environments and quick response to client requests while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism. Note taking experience is required.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for meeting support including, but not limited to:

  • coordinating invitations
  • facilitating in-person and virtual meetings/web conferences
  • drafting meeting notes
  • tracking action items
  • leading document review process
  • updating calendars

This position will be hybrid with some travel to Herndon, VA. 

Qualifications

  • Required Education and Years of Experience
    • High school diploma and 12 years of related experience; or
    • Associate’s degree and 10 years of related experience; or
    • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; or
    • Master's degree and 6 years of related experience
  • Excellent note taking and developing meeting minutes
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • FAA experience is preferred, but not required
  • Current or prior government clearance is preferred
