Job Description

  • Possess analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in core business skills, professional communication, writing skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and time-management
  • Develop and document system requirements
  • Applies creativity and innovative approaches
  • Ability to understand the organization’s challenges and develop solutions
  • Proficient in design and development of graphics, infographics, tables, charts and process flows
  • Validates and verifies software compliance with test scripts and requirements
  • Assists with design and development of informal virtual sharing/training/familiarization. Gathers requirements and develops documents for presenting via a virtual platform, such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
  • Designs and produces materials in a variety of formats including print, graphics, audio, video, animation and e-learning media to support information sharing and informal training/familiarization
  • Understands how to leverage Articulate Storyline to customize UI, and to create surveys, polls, knowledge checks, etc.
  • Develops interactive presentations and demonstrations
  • Develops "point and click” screencasts
  • Works collaboratively with a team on large projects, and working with multiple SMEs and stakeholders
  • Manages multiple projects with schedule milestones and deadlines
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations, text documents, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Researches and makes recommendations on multimedia hardware/software to support information sharing and informal training/familiarization initiatives
  • Ensures all communication literature is in compliance to FAA branding requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 8+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office 360 Suite
  • Experience using Articulate 360 suite of content development tools (Rise, Storyline, Teams)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using Camtasia and/or Microsoft Stream
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
