Job Description

Crown is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to provide support to Staffing Workbook program office, to include but not limited to the following:

  • Provide Data management and analysis and maintain assigned tasks/projects
  • Use data sources to develop presentation via multiple visualization
  • Participate in requirement gathering for projects
  • Perform documentation prep and data modeling projects
  • Perform data validation and quality control check as needed
  • Serve as data liaison between SWB and AJG-P1 on data requests and automation support
  • Provide customer service and collaboration with other FAA entities as needed

Qualifications

Required/Desired Experience and Skill Sets:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in data management and visualization
  • Experience in visualization tools, ie: Tableau; Power BI; Business Objects; etc
  • Ability to develop support documentation based on business requirements
  • Experience in ColdFusion and Oracle applications a plus
  • Ability to work with with multiple sources of data
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
