Job Description

The Senior Technical Writer will:

  • Assist in the creation of Documents IAW Agency Documentation guidelines, QMS and ISO-9001 standards.
  • Create, edit, and format documents utilizing MS-Office and Adobe (Pro) products
  • Work with TDI employees to capture work-flows, and codify into detailed job processes
    • Present work-flows in workflow diagrams
    • Present work-flows in table format
    • Present work-flows in chart/Gantt or project tracking format
    • Present work-flows in outline format
  • Utilize HTTP / Hyperlink technology to given references and orders or online information
  • Ensure proper grammar and proofing of all documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and 8 years' relevant experience
  • Advanced MS-Office experience all products
  • Advanced Adobe Pro – products
