Job Description

Crown is hiring a Project Manager who will provide coordination, planning, and administration support to the FAA's Office of Employee Development. The Office of Employee Development provides FAA employees Leadership Training, Career Development Training, and develops agency succession planning. The office requires someone who can provide support across multiple functional areas. Duties may include the following:

  • assist with course logistics, manage materials, and provide project management support,
  • track and report on various effectiveness metrics for the programs,
  • set up training classes, manage the evaluation process, write reports on participants, and coordinate travel.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree (preferred) or a Bachelor of Arts degree with at least 24 semester hours in business related subjects from an accredited university
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have the ability to obtain Public Trust suitability
