The Project Site Supervisor supervises the overall site work to complete work requirements at small ($50K - $100K) to medium size projects ($101K to $500K). The Project Site Supervisor:

• Maintains work schedule and ensures employees, equipment, and materials stay within budgetary, cost, and quality standards.
• Ensures the customer facility is maintained in a quality condition.
• Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings.
• Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving work site.
• Meets regularly with customer to provide status updates and resolves any outstanding issues.
• Compiles job documentation such as certificates of completion, customer training form, training certificates, and punch lists.

• Four (4) years of progressive experience in installation, integration, and testing of small and to medium size projects.
  • The four (4) years of experience includes three years working experience in installation, integration, and testing of small ($50K - $100K) to medium size projects ($101K to $500K) with complex electronic equipment and at least one (1) year experience managing medium projects from inception to development.
• Ability to lead and supervise project teams to complete assigned installation projects.
• Knowledgeable of the contractors installed security products. 
• Good interpersonal skills for customer interface and written communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of applicable OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Must be able to pass background check for access to secure facilities.
