Job Description

The Project Site Manager supervises the overall site work to complete work requirements at large size projects ($501K - $1.M or greater). The Project Site Manager:

  • Maintains work schedule and ensures employees, equipment, and materials stay within budgetary, cost, and quality standards.
  • Ensures the customer facility is maintained in a quality condition. 
  • Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings. 
  • Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving work site.
  • Meets regularly with customer to provide status updates and resolves any outstanding issues.
  • Compiles job documentation such as certificates of completion, customer training forms, training certificates, and punch lists.

Qualifications

  • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in installation, integration, and testing of large size projects.
    • The seven (7) years of experience includes five (5) years working experience in installation, integration, and testing of large size projects ($501K - $1.M or greater) with complex electronic equipment and at least two (2) years of experience managing large projects from inception to development.
  • Ability to lead and supervise project teams to complete assigned installation projects.
  • Knowledge of the contractor’s installed security products.
  • Good interpersonal skills for customer interface and written communication skills.
  • Must have working knowledge of applicable OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Must be able to pass background check for access to secure facilities.
