Job Description

We are seeking a responsive, accountable, and flexible individual to support our NASA customer in administering and coordinating a fast-paced, innovative, and high-visibility R&D program office. If you would enjoy leveraging your strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep technical materials logically organized, this is your chance to work with a variety of accomplished engineers and researchers charting aviation's future.

Our preference is for the successful candidate to reside in the Washington D.C. metro area to be able to attend in-person meetings at NASA HQ as needed; however, we will consider candidates from outside the area.

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 / Annual salary based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar degree 
  • 1 – 5 years of experience is desirable
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills
  • Adept in note-taking, scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, recording and tracking action items, and other administrative and logistical duties
  • A technical background is not required; however, the ability to grasp high-level technical concepts is helpful to be able to carry out the core administrative and coordination requirements of the position
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is required
