Job Summary
Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is accepting applications from current judicial law clerks to join as Associates starting in Fall 2025. We welcome applications for our Los Angeles office for litigation positions in multiple practice areas at the firm. We also welcome applicants interested in our San Francisco and Orange County (CA) offices.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working as a judicial clerk in a federal court. Additional years of litigation experience at a law firm are preferred. The successful candidate can expect to work on a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, class actions, trade secrets, antitrust & competition, intellectual property, and health care. Our ideal candidate is of the highest quality, with a J.D. from a top law school and in the top 20% of law school class. Participation in law review, journal participation, moot court is a plus.
All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing and analytical skills.

Additional information
Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $225,000 to $290,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave. The salary for this position may vary based on market data, an applicant’s skills and prior experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other factors
