Job Description

  • Execute and monitor social media brand initiatives, campaigns and real-time conversations within the social space
  • Identify opportunities in user generated content and user stories
  • Monitor and engage in social media communities with participation in conversations that surround Cricut - answer comments, and mediate
  • Identify and respond to relevant dialogue and comments in order to expand the reach of Cricut
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Provide executional support to the social marketing team for Cricut initiatives
  • Assist with market analysis including social platform trends, best practices, industry-wide performance, competitive initiatives, etc.
  • Assist with campaign analysis and maintain performance reports for social initiatives
  • Monitor and report competitive actions and/or initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Experience with all social media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • 2+ years of social media experience
  • Passion for innovation – a strong track record of delivering innovative marketing experiences
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Passion for the consumer – desire to really get to know the consumer, translating the consumer needs into messaging and experiences
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written skills
  • Team player – build strong relationships with the cross-functional team
  • Data-driven decisions – know how to get and analyze data
