Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in Barcelona and play a key role in scaling our tech teams across Spain, the Middle East, and Europe.

What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new joiner experience
  • Collaborate with and manage external partners (agencies and vendors), ensuring alignment, quality, and efficiency
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

You have: 

  • +2 years of experience in IT / Tech recruitment
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of tech hiring requests
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
