Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Partner / Sales Account Manager to drive our growth aspirations in the Middle East region (excluding KSA). The successful candidate ideally comes with ‘C level’ relationships already established in the major financial institutions in the region.

Partner management experience is required and the ability to drive our growth through selected partners in UAE and other key Middle East countries.

Solid commercial acumen is expected to run a regional P&L and control all commercial contracts in the region.

A technical and business background will help to promote understanding of our digital software products and solutions

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential and building our partner network, crafting sales plans, and gaining sign off from Regional Management to implement those plans.

You will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting annual profitable sales targets and designing and implementing a strategic growth sales plan that expands company’s customer base and grows its presence.

Qualifications

 

  • Set up and manage partners in the Middle East region
  • Utilise and gain ‘C level’ relationships in the customer base
  • Drive the development, open new opportunities and create business relationships
  • Implements a well-defined strategy to better serve commercial customers and drive sales production; works closely with the Marketing Department to generate and drive potential lines of business.
  • Generates new commercial business through various sales activities including, but not limited to, external calls, networking, events, online sales techniques, and referral partnerships.
  • Provides day-to-day leadership and support to the partners.
  • Trusted advisor to businesses; generates recommendations and solutions to meet needs.
  • Maintains and applies a thorough understanding of banking products and services.
  • Leadership for ME region (excluding KSA), budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Performs other duties as necessary working closely with executive leadership.

Education/Experience

  • At least 10 years experience in the Financial services industry
  • 3 years of experience as Sales Manager
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in finance, business, banking, or accounting from four-year college or university
