Job Description

We are looking for a Testmanager 80-100%. The Testmanager should have high quality standards and relevant experience in testing as well as software distribution. The position is available immediately and can be accomplished from our office in Stuttgart, Coburg or Jever. Working remotely is also possible.

Your mission

  • Be responsible for planning, coordination and control of test activities
  • Develop and define test methods and test tools & processes
  • Have the ability to report, track and create test reports and present to stakeholders
  • Use your management style that enables you to build trust with colleagues while also keeping them accountable
  • Have a QA Mindset enabling quality products being delivered to our customers
  • Ensure quality gates and best practices are implemented during the QA process
  • Work with stakeholders across locations to ensure QA deliverables are aligned and met in a timely response

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in information technology / computer science or any equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of test and project management experience in a similar role in an international environment
  • Quality driven, process oriented and structured approach to work
  • Very good knowledge of systems integration, API technologies, and solution development lifecycles and testing within Cloud environments
  • Knowledge and experience of using automation tools (Functional/Non-Functional Testing)
  • Solution oriented attitude and customer consulting experience
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ability to influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Good language skills in English and German
