The Pega Certified (CSSA) has proven their ability to architect, design, develop and implement highly scalable and reliable IT systems 
• Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing),to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the life cycle. 
• Knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. 
• Hands on experience with Pega Marketing framework to implement strategies 
• Responsible for designing and building components of application. 
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of PRPC functionality and application functionality. 
• Have an advanced understanding of the main features of PRPC, Framework (preferably someone with CPM/SI/SD) 
• Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL, DB2 or Sybase. 
• Self-motivated, analytical and driven to overcome challenges 
• Must be able to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines 
• Able to make independent judgments/decisions within established guidelines 
• Good oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working.
