Job Description

Mandatory experience:

· Extensive direct sales experience preferably in BPM (Business Process Management) and Case Management domain.

· Proven ability of deep, trust-based portable relationships with executives and other decision makers.

· Knowledge of industry specific market drivers.

Must align with Business Strategy for Client Products & Solutions across verticals including:

· Relationship Management

All customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.

· Operational Responsibilities

Will maintain accurate and timely records in the Sales Force Automation tool. Additionally, complete all regular business reports on a timely basis.

The person will:

· Work as Individual Contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing strategic opportunities throughout the Latin America Region (LATAM Region). May also work in required to work in US region as and when required.

· Have to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets within the assigned territory through direct sales.

· Create detailed, strategic target account plans to penetrate industry leading clients.

· Understand how to position against competitors to become the only viable option.

· Perform in-depth client and industry research to create compelling business cases and RFP responses.

· Already know how to effectively manage a medium/long sales cycle to a successful close.

· In depth training on Newgen’s software solutions.

· A rapidly growing yet well-established business.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business, MBA preferred

· Proven history achieving and exceeding quotas.

· Strong financial / business acumen. Knowledge of Government and/or Financial Services preferred.

· Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization. This requires regular face-to-face customer interaction.

· Ability to persuade and influence, using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of thoughts, plans, activities, services and products.

· Must be a driven self-starter that brings energy, enthusiasm and prior knowledge to the job.
