Should possess 5-8 years? Hands on experience in test automation skills by using QTP

Good to have exposure in agile testing projects

Strong test analysis skills is mandatory

Stake holder management skills

Ensures quality of the product release and adherence to process thresholds

Should have working experience in defining Test Strategy, test plans

Responsible for Automation Test Plan (living Document)

Should be able to define dashboards providing relevant metrics to report to various stake holders of the project.

Should be able to understand and adapt to the TCOE initiatives and provide support as necessary
