Job Description

The Real Estate Coordinator is skilled in the day-to-day functions of the office, performing a variety of office/clerical duties, as well as some Accounting and HR functions, while also providing excellent customer service.

Customer Service

  • Answer incoming customer calls and route calls to the appropriate department.
  • Complete initial new customer intake, enter basic customer information and route new customer information to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Coordinate and assist in closing new and previous owner sales.
  • Coordinate WIIR Inspections with the sales or service department.
  • Prepare closing documents and agreements.
  • Contact real estate agents involved with the sale of a property to obtain new owner information and establish relationships with realtors.
  • Coordinate drive by opportunities for inspectors.
  • Respond to customer account and billing questions or concerns.
  • Contact customers regarding invalid payments and funding sources.

Accounting

  • Process customer payments received.
  • Process vendor invoices, submit payment via credit card or submit payment request to Corporate Office as appropriate.
  • Monitor past due accounts and contact customers for collections.
  • Process account write-offs and termination of customer accounts as needed.

Office Management

  • Complete monthly warehouse and office supply order.
  • Order business cards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
  • Candidate should have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and determine priorities.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail; accuracy of work is highly important.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
