Technical Skills & Experience

Infrastructure & Management Experience

• 5 or more years of IT infrastructure operation experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT management or senior technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Low-Code & Automation

• Hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro for low-code application development.
• Hands on experience with UiPath or other RPA tools for process automation.

Core Development & Architecture

• Solid experience with Java and Python programming languages.
• Solid experience with web development technologies: HTML, CSS, Node.js.
• Extensive experience with backend frameworks: Spring, SpringMVC, SpringBoot, MyBatis, SpringJPA, Django, NestJS.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks: VUE and/or React.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including database design and optimization.

Integration & Deployment

• Experience with development and integration, including REST APIs and OData.
• Experience with server deployment and CI/CD: Tomcat, Jenkins, Docker.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with modern IDEs: IntelliJ IDEA, VSCode, PyCharm.

• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT financial planning.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.

 Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning applications in industrial settings.

Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
