The Entertainment Technician has to be energetic, flexible, motivated person who has experience in lighting and audio-visual field. This position assists in the preparation and setup of lighting, audiovisual, and power distribution equipment, and occasional standby tech for special events. He must be able to take initiative and be self-motivated with the ability to think on the fly with a "can do" attitude. He must have good communication skills, reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. 

• Installation, operational, functional and preventive maintenance including the inspection and use of audio, lighting, video, projection equipment, troubleshooting of equipment faults, removal and installation of equipment.

• Proven technical experience in live entertainment in the following disciplines:
  • Digital Audio and Sounds Reinforcement
  • Lighting with Conventional and Moving Light Operation
  • Digital Light Board programming & Operation
  • Video Engineering/Projection Mapping
• Proven ability to operate, program, troubleshoot and maintain equipment for theatrical and live entertainment venues
• Understanding of electrical circuitry; proper cabling and wiring of electronic devices
• Ability to work in an active environment, inclement or extreme weather conditions
• Ability to adapt to a physically demanding role that encompasses frequent lifting, climbing, squatting, and standing for extended periods of time
• Complete all assignments in a timely manner. 
• Learn assigned technical positions. 
• Work with the Technical Supervisor to maintain the quality of the area including maintenance of scenery, lighting and general facility.
• Provide guest service according to Constance Belle Mare Plage standards when dealing with guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions. 
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and requirements and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. 
• Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. 
• Act as DJ on event nights.
• Assist in all the Events organized by Constance Belle Mare Plage.
• Install all music equipment at the Bar or other venues for the evening shows on a daily basis.
• Adhere to Constance Belle Mare Plage code of conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined accordingly.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Hotel Management.

• SC / HSC
• NC3 - Leisure & Entertainment from Hotel School
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position in a Luxury Resort
• Pleasant & outgoing personality
• Good knowledge of Sound & Light systems
