Job Description
The Communication Coordinator supports the implementation of communication initiatives across internal and external channels. This role requires a highly organised, social and dynamic profile, capable of coordinating day-to-day communication activities, following up with internal teams and partners, and ensuring that brand messages are delivered consistently, clearly and on time.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable interacting with different departments, suppliers and stakeholders. They should enjoy working in a dynamic environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of communication plans & campaigns.
- Support the preparation, proofreading and follow-up of communication materials, including announcements, media content, presentations and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, visuals, updates and approvals required for communication projects.
- Maintain organised communication calendars, files, contact lists, image banks and project follow-up documents.
- Support the organisation of events, activations, photo shoots, content creation sessions and communication-related initiatives.
- Liaise with suppliers, agencies, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and actions.
- Prepare reports, recaps and follow-up notes after campaigns, events or communication actions.
- Provide administrative and logistical support when required.
Qualifications
Profile & Qualifications
- BAC+2 minimum in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Events or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a communication, marketing, events, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and follow-ups.
- Social, outgoing and confident in interacting with different teams, departments and external partners.
- Dynamic, proactive and solution-oriented, with a positive team spirit.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in documents, messages and brand materials.
