Job Description

As a Kitchen Commis, you will work under the guidance of experienced chefs, supporting the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment within a prestigious hospitality organisation.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to all food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen protocols • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting the kitchen team during service • Monitor food storage, manage inventory, and ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency

Qualifications

  • Minimum NC 3 in Food Production or any relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in same position
  • Detail oriented
  • Team Player
