Job Summary: 

Engaging Management Consultants to participate in a dynamic project supporting a leading client. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  1. Design consulting-style tasks that mirror authentic workflows such as case team analyses, client communications, and board-level readouts.
  2. Create exemplary deliverables, including client-facing decks, executive summaries, detailed strategy memos, and structured recommendation documents.
  3. Develop and refine gold-standard example outputs, ensuring clarity, cohesive structure, and executive-readiness on par with senior consulting expectations.
  4. Assess and critique model-generated content for adherence to frameworks like MECE, clarity of reasoning, and actionable insights.
  5. Construct clear, actionable rubrics that differentiate between preliminary drafts and polished, boardroom-ready work.
  6. Identify and document common pitfalls in consulting communication, such as loss of structural integrity, unclear key messages, or verbose language.
  7. Collaborate with project stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving client and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar).
  2. Proven track record producing client-ready decks, succinct executive documents, and strategic recommendations.
  3. Expertise applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., MECE, pyramid principle, issue trees).
  4. Exceptional written English skills, with mastery of the executive communication register.
  5. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all deliverables.
  6. Master's degree preferred; MBA especially valued.
  7. Experience in evaluating and providing actionable feedback on consultancy outputs is a plus.
