About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development efforts in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint by acquiring new logos, building executive relationships, and driving revenue growth for our engineering services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:


New Logo Acquisition:  Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the Media & Entertainment sector (Broadcast, Studios, Streaming, OTT, Gaming, Publishing, etc.).​​​​

Consultative Selling:  Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand their business and technology priorities, and position our digital, IT, and engineering solutions effectively.

Market Intelligence:  ​​​​​​​Stay ahead of industry trends (media convergence, streaming evolution, GenAI, IP-based workflows, etc.) and translate them into actionable strategies.

Partnership Development:  ​​​​​​​Collaborate with alliance and marketing teams to build co-selling strategies with platform partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Adobe, etc.).

Proposal Leadership:  ​​​​​​​Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI process, working with internal pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.

Sales Targets: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the M&E vertical.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in hunting and closing deals in the M&E domain for IT or engineering services firms.
  • Strong network of M&E industry contacts, including decision-makers at media networks, content creators, and streaming platforms.
  • Deep understanding of media workflows (media supply chain, cloud playout, content distribution, OTT monetization, FAST, etc.).
  • Ability to position services across:
  • Digital Engineering: Cloud migration, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity
  • Product Engineering: Devices, platforms, middleware, embedded software
  • Managed Services: Application & infrastructure management, support
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or bachelor's in engineering / computer science / media technology
  • Experience working with clients in North America, Europe, or APAC

Target Portfolio

  • Quota management of 3-5Mil/annually.
