Key Responsibilities 

• Manage a global team of 8 Data Scientists
• Be the highest professional authority for DS domain cross company. Provide business knowledge leadership in order to develop solutions, both internal and external
• Execute projects end-to-end from requirements gathering, data mining, and exploration up to implementing machine learning algorithms in our production environment
• Build and manage technical relationships with customers and delivery partners
• Work closely with Algo, R&D, product, and marketing teams to design, deploy and evaluate ML models and optimization algorithms.
• Research of new data models for new products solutions and product roadmap.
• Lead research activities under the development of the payment ecosystem such as new payment use cases, blockchains, crypto, and more.
• Be the high professional advisor for important sales cycles, and development of new use cases and product solutions.
• Be the center of excellence for partners and customers.
• Manage customer and partner facing training courses on the system – usage and monitoring aspects in the Data Science domain
• Provide product requirements input to the Product Management team

• 2 + years of experience in leading a team of Data Scientists
• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist
• BSc in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics or another related field (MSc advantage
• Experience working directly with customers. Advantage – financial customers
• Must have Hands-on experience and knowledge of scripting languages: Python/PySpark as well as DS workflow management tools including MLflow, Airflow, etc.
• Hands-on experience using Big Data and statistical analysis tools such as Hadoop/Spark, SQL, and Matlab.
