To deliver on the promise of Value Based Healthcare, designing for and measuring patient and staff experience is crucial. For the Company Experience Design this means we are developing our Measuring Experiences capability to understand the impact of our design decisions on these experiences and the impact of experience on health outcomes. We are looking for a senior who has a strong vision on how to measure experiences in the healthcare context and has the hands-on skills to work with data and implement ideas into design projects. You will develop new methods, tools, and processes to collect the right experience data and build right models and analytics. Our Chief Medical Office will be one of your main stakeholders to further the field of outcome measurement around patient and staff experience.

Building differentiating propositions encompassing data that are relevant to our customers and end-users in the healthcare domain

Teaming up with clinical and technical communities in- and outside of Company  to improve patient and staff experiences in the context of Value Based Care

Gather, structure, visualize to translate data into insights, especially to measure impact on/off experiences

Supporting our global design community in embedding data and measurements into our design activities

Bridging the design capabilities with data science/AI capabilities

Building a toolset and repeatable way of working for data enabled design, specifically for Measuring Experiences

University degree (WO/HBO) in relevant area

Experience in creating strong experience concepts with feedback loops

A strong vision on Measuring Experiences

Knowledge and experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence is a pre, especially to bring forward ideas on modelling for experience

Independently act in both innovation projects as business projects

English verbal and writing

7+ to 10 years experience

Base Salary - €64.000 to €120.000
