Description
This role includes technical design/development, configuration, maintenance, administration and integration of the Remedy platform. Provide solutions that are highly scalable, extensible and easy to maintain, while being frugal with system resources and keeping the overall end-user experience in mind. Take full control and responsibility for finding solution to highly ambiguous problems and drive towards simple, but elegant solutions
Essential Functions:
•Support our Remedy 7.x and 8.x production and development systems
•Plan and develop Remedy customizations as required to support our business
•Assist with system maintenance and upgrades
•Assist with the management of internal software releases using Remedy
Qualifications
•5-7 years of Remedy development experience
•Good knowledge of Remedy system architecture and ITSM
•Must have good technical knowledge and be willing to learn
•Good oral communication and writing skills
•Able to work independently
•Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management
•Able to work in fast-paced environment
•A degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
