Basic Job Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years experience in back office Finance processing or reporting (e.g., AR, Payroll, Accounting) • Solid PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access • Solid analytical, problem solving and organizational skills • Solid team orientation and ability to work through others • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal direction • Ability to learn new technology concepts quickly with attention to detail • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple levels of internal and external business partners Preferred Job Qualifications: • 4 year business, accounting, finance or information systems degree or comparable experience • Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft or ERP experience
