Job Description

This role is central in balancing the strategic and operational aspects maintaining a positive working environment in the HR Advisory team. HR Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all HRA processes and support on the delivery of seamless HR service with an emphasis on the employee experience. A highly visible role with the expectation to champion HR, service delivery and help raising the profile of the function across the company.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the mid-level management as well as the rest of HR Centres of Excellence, which offers opportunity for growth to encompasses the full generalist and operational remit.

  • Oversee the administration of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, performance management, promotions, and benefits enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees requesting parental leave, providing guidance on eligibility, entitlements, and procedures.
  • Coordinate contractual changes and absences including but not limited to managing flexible working requests, career breaks, long-term sickness absences, and unpaid leave.
  • Support in the management of HR queries.
  • Management of temporary staff including agency workers and contractors.
  • Manage, alongside the HR Administrator, Company car fleet and electric car scheme including processing of fines.
  • Maintain accurate electronic (including HRIS system) HR files, ensuring all employee data is up to date with 100% accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Advisory team as appropriate any other duties required by the business within the scope of the role.
  • Manage employee probations, including extensions and terminations, along with low level employee relation cases.
  • Assisting the HRA team with Employee Relation cases as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working within a HR related role is essential.
