Job Description

Owing to continued growth, Colliers is now looking for an enthusiastic surveyor/ senior surveyor to join the Valuation team within the Leeds/ and or Manchester office.  

Our Valuation Team provides a fast and efficient service that is tailored to the needs of individual clients. All valuations are market-based and carefully researched, and provide an accurate assessment of current values and informed forecasts.    

Job Description

  • To undertake a variety of Loan Security, Institutional and Corporate Valuations.
  • To assist team members in the preparation of regularly valued portfolios.
  • To liaise with relationship managers, fund managers and asset managers on a regular basis.
  • In conjunction with other team members, to develop the Department’s existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Attend presentations to clients when required.

Qualifications

  • MRICS Qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office (in particular, Excel)
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • A good knowledge of Argus Valuation Capitalisation and Argus Enterprise would be preferable
  • Able to demonstrate market knowledge
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
