Job Description

Purpose

To grow social media and website engagement, and ensure prompt promotion of all events, offers and activities

To support the general manager on all administrative tasks, and assist the smooth operation of the scheme.

  • Lead the Longbridge social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) creating content, being ‘social’ with followers and responding to comments and messages.
  • Conduct regular updates to the Longbridge website

  • Liaise with the General Manager, create and manage promotional events.

  • Liaise with Tenants to promote tenant trade via various other channels, including:

    o   Managing and updating digital advertising screens

    o   Selling banner space

  • Report on marketing activity monthly, including drafting a tenant newsletter.

  • Constantly monitor a range of metrics, working with the Centre Manager to fine-tune content and activity.

  • Work with Business-to-Business promotional partners to co-ordinate bookings, revenue and targets.

  • Administer purchase orders, invoice receipt, and sign off and budget control spreadsheets.

  • Co-ordinate petty cash.

  • Oversee the IT and Phone systems, highlighting issues to IT partners.

  • Prepare reports.

  • Oversee stationery supplies.

  • Manage meeting room bookings, including preparation of the room.

  • General Administration (Diary Management, Filing, Minutes etc).

  • To attend training and development courses as and when identified or necessary.

  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required to fulfil and satisfy the requirements of the Management team.

  • Growing social media reach/followers.

  • Assure the social media channels and website are constantly updated.

  • Tenant Newsletter issued on a quarterly basis.

  • All Purchase Orders raised on day of instruction.

  • Client satisfaction.

  • Tenant satisfaction

  • Public satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Social media and website management experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good presentation and friendly helpful attitude.

  • Awareness and appreciation of customer care.

  • Computer literacy (All Microsoft Office packages)

  • Can work unsupervised but also work well as a team member.

  • Accounting skills – familiar with invoicing & credits and budget reporting.

  • Work with Business-to-Business promotional partners to co-ordinate bookings, revenue and targets.

 

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Educated to GCSE standard or relevant marketing and/or office business qualification.
